Do you have a form called 'Reports' in the database? I've noticed that the selection formula has become case sensitive - if you set the value to be 'reports' (with lowercase r), then make sure you match the case exactly.

The other is - is the form a response form? Is the view setting 'show response documents in heirarchy' turned on? If so, either swtich it off or make the form a main document.
